انطلق تحالف أنشر ما تدفع النيجيري في العام 2004 وقد ساند التطبيق الفعال لمبادرة الشفافية في الصناعات الاستخراجية وانطوى هذا التطبيق على سنّ قانون مبادرة الشفافية في الصناعات الاستخراجية. ويعمل هذا التحالف على بناء قدرات فاعليات المجتمع المدني على فهم عملية مبادرة الشفافية ونشر نتائج التقارير. ويدعم التحالف أيضاً النقاشات العامة حول إصلاحات القطاع الاستخراجي وسواها من إصلاحات الحوكمة في البلد. وينخرط التحالف النيجيري أيضاً في نشر تقارير مبادرة الشفافية في الدول الدليلية والمجتمعات المحلية.
